Whoops!
Oh no, I've had an accident. What do I need to do now? If your vehicle is involved in an accident, you can make a claim to your insurance company.

Call your insurance provider
Contact your insurance company and lodge an insurance claim. Let your insurer know you want your vehicle repaired at Ben Thomas Panel Beaters.

Bring in your vehicle
Or if it isn't driveable it can be towed to us. We will take some photos, source parts and provide our assessment for your insurance company.

Cost assesment
Your insurance company will assess the cost of repairs and authorise these to be carried out. You will be advised, and then you can call us to book your vehicle to be repaired.

We repair your vehicle
Repairs will be carried out promptly with minimal disruption to you. We will take care of repair and paint job, all managed on site at our Union Street workshop.

Get back on the road
We will contact you to let you know your vehicle is ready for collection. We will advise if there is an insurance excess to pay, prior to collecting the vehicle.
